Enjoy the view over the Pastaza river while you climb the gigantic basaltic rock walls, expelled from the Tungurahua volcano thousands of years ago, on our half day tour in Baños de Agua Santa, Bio-Safe City.

This is a tour aimed at people with all levels of experience in rock climbing, as the routes go from easy ones to those that require more technical skills, knowledge and previos practice.

Geotours founder, a Baños native and rock climbing expert, has identified several routes that will ensure an excellent experience for all who participate in our tours.

What to bring ?

Rock Climbing Banos Ecuador - Half Day Tour Itinerary

1. We leave our office to the San Martín area, on a 10 minutes ride.
2. Once at the base of the rock our guide will equip and secure the climbers.
3. There are several routes measuring between 20 to 25 meters, suitable for beginners as well as experienced climbers. 
4. Our specialized guide will guive you all the necessary information for you to choose the route that best suits your experience.
5. Departure: 09:00 or 14:00
6. Return: 13:00 or 18:00
