On our Amazon expedition tour, you'll become one with everything, living face to face with wildlife and overcoming the obstacles nature will put at every step. Embark on an Amazon adventure in the wild Ecuadorian Jungle! This tour is suitable for individuals who are willing to forego the comforts of home to embark on an experience full of incredible natural beauty and interesting local communities. Those who love adventure and have a great desire for leaving the ordinary, will thoroughly welcome this experience.

Note: This tour is done with minimum 4 people and can last from 4 to 10 days.

Amazon Expedition Tour Itinerary

1. This tour will leave Baños early, 5:30 am, in order to take the three hour ride to the jungle and get a head start on the day!
2. Our primary means of transportation will be canoes or boats depending on the number of guests and gear we have with us.
3. Each day will include 3-5 hours on the rivers enjoying the scenery before setting up camp at our various destinations.
4. Our native guide will facilitate our visits to each of the small communities along the route.
5. Each day will offer a fresh perspective on the wilderness- whether it is a rare orchid, a unique insect, colorful bird or looming tree.
6. Marvel at all there is to see in the Amazon during our daily hikes.
7. The exploration of the deep, unspoiled and undeveloped rainforest is a challenge you will be proud to have completed.
8. Walking through the rainforest with no trails, traveling down river on rafts, fishing for dinner, withstanding unpredictable weather with potential rain and high heat and hungry mosquitoes all add to the authenticity of this adventure.
9. At the end of this tour we are certain that participants will have a new outlook on the world, with a greater appreciation for nature and an increased consciousness.
